The SMNB Marketing logo was built upon principles of rational design — a modular grid and the golden ratio — visually expressing the brand’s core DNA: strategy, method, and precision.

The geometric “SMNB” monogram conveys integration and institutional strength, while the modern, sans-serif typography reinforces clarity and objectivity. The harmony between symbol and text follows the golden ratio, guiding the viewer’s eye naturally and with balance.

The deep blue and white palette communicates trust, intelligence, and composure — essential traits for a data-driven, performance-oriented company.

More than a symbol, this logo embodies the brand’s positioning itself: strategic intelligence shaped with form, balance, and purpose.

The layout of the e-book “The Commission Code” was developed to transform technical content into a reading experience that is fluid, educational, and visually aligned with the SMNB Marketing brand identity.

The design follows a precise modular grid, with generous margins and a clear typographic hierarchy, ensuring rhythm and readability across more than 100 pages. Boxes, arrows, and visual highlights guide the reader’s eye and sustain engagement, applying principles of instructional design and cognitive psychology.

The institutional palette in shades of blue and gray reinforces credibility and consistency with the parent brand, while the modern typography and spacious layout balance technical precision with accessibility.

The landing page for the e-book The Commission Code was designed to guide visitors through a clear, persuasive, and frictionless journey.
Each section was crafted using decision psychology and conversion architecture, applying principles such as the Hick’s Law and the AIDA model to balance emotion and rationality throughout the reading flow.

The Z-shaped layout organizes the content into strategic blocks — promise, proof, benefit, and action — creating a natural progression toward conversion.
The institutional palette of SMNB Marketing, in shades of deep blue and white, reinforces credibility and trust, while the modern typography and generous spacing ensure readability and focus.

Strategy and Product Development

The A.I.M – Assistant for Implementation in Marketing is currently in its development phase, designed as a practical extension of SMNB Marketing’s strategic methodology.
Built upon UX research frameworks — including Jobs to Be Done, Empathy Map, Value Proposition Map, and Client Profile — the project translates real insights from real estate professionals into a guided, data-informed experience.

Each framework, mapped in Miro, helped define the users’ needs, frustrations, and desired outcomes — shaping not only the product logic but also the emotional tone of interaction.

To ensure accessibility and reduce friction, the MVP version will operate through Telegram, a decision grounded in interviews with active real estate agents who identified the platform as part of their daily workflow.

The A.I.M connects education, automation, and strategic guidance in one system — leading users from learning through The Commission Code e-book to practical execution with AI support.
It embodies SMNB’s philosophy: marketing built with structure, empathy, and measurable intelligence.
